Fully qualified instructors give you an introductory session to the Flow Rider, after which you can 'free flow' on on hourly basis.

The Loop has a hot tub, bar area, restaurant, shop and changing facilities, so you can use the Flow Rider, grab a bite to eat or just get a drink and relax in a Fat Boy giant bean bag and watch all the action.
