Keen to stick to what he knows the food at the restaurant is honest, always seasonal and wherever possible local. Working closely and building relationships with suppliers is an important part of every day to Ben and The Scarlet team, for if you have the best produce you are already half way there.

Breakfast and lunch are relaxed and served in the restaurant or on the terrace. Dinner is a slightly more glamorous affair perfect for a catch up with friends or a romantic meal for two. The enticing deli menu and 'to die for' Cornish afternoon tea can be served in your room anywhere anytime.
